La presente informativa descrive come SimpleBilling (di seguito "l'Applicazione") tratta i dati dell'utente relativi all'integrazione facoltativa con Google Calendar. Titolare del trattamento: SimpleBilling, contatto: supporto@simplebilling.it.

1. In cosa consiste l'integrazione

SimpleBilling è un gestionale per professionisti che include un'agenda appuntamenti. Su richiesta esplicita dell'utente (pulsante “Collega Google Calendar”), l'Applicazione può sincronizzare gli appuntamenti inseriti nell'agenda del portale con il Google Calendar dell'utente stesso. L'integrazione è facoltativa e disattivabile in qualsiasi momento.

2. Quali dati utente Google trattiamo e come li usiamo

Previa autorizzazione esplicita tramite Google (OAuth 2.0), l'Applicazione accede ai seguenti dati utente Google:

• Eventi di Google Calendar — tramite l'ambito https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events, limitatamente agli eventi creati dall'Applicazione stessa;
• Indirizzo email e identificativo dell'account Google — tramite gli ambiti openid ed email, per sapere quale account è collegato.

Utilizziamo questi dati esclusivamente per:

• creare, aggiornare ed eliminare nel Google Calendar dell'utente gli eventi che corrispondono agli appuntamenti che l'utente stesso inserisce, modifica o elimina nell'agenda di SimpleBilling;
• mostrare all'utente quale account Google risulta collegato (indirizzo email).

L'Applicazione non legge, non analizza e non utilizza gli altri eventi o contenuti del calendario dell'utente diversi da quelli creati dall'Applicazione stessa.

3. Conservazione dei dati

Per mantenere attiva la sincronizzazione senza chiedere ripetutamente l'accesso, conserviamo in modo sicuro i token di autorizzazione (token di aggiornamento/accesso) e l'indirizzo email dell'account collegato, associati all'utente. Conserviamo inoltre un riferimento tecnico dell'evento creato, per poterlo aggiornare o eliminare. Tali dati vengono conservati finché l'integrazione resta attiva e sono rimossi quando l'utente si scollega.

4. Condivisione dei dati e uso per AI/ML

Non vendiamo, non affittiamo e non condividiamo con terze parti i dati ottenuti tramite le API di Google, né li usiamo per pubblicità o per finalità diverse dalla funzionalità di sincronizzazione qui descritta.

I dati ottenuti tramite le API di Google non vengono utilizzati per sviluppare, migliorare o addestrare modelli di intelligenza artificiale (AI) o di machine learning (ML) generalizzati.

6. Come revocare l'accesso

L'utente può revocare l'integrazione in qualsiasi momento:

• dal portale, tramite il pulsante “Scollega” nell'agenda;
• oppure dal proprio account Google, alla pagina myaccount.google.com/permissions, rimuovendo l'accesso a SimpleBilling.

La revoca interrompe ogni successiva sincronizzazione. Gli eventi già creati nel Google Calendar restano di proprietà e sotto il controllo dell'utente.

7. Sicurezza

Le comunicazioni con Google avvengono tramite connessioni cifrate (HTTPS/TLS). I token di autorizzazione sono conservati in modo protetto e utilizzati unicamente lato server per le finalità sopra descritte.

This policy describes how SimpleBilling (the "Application") processes user data related to the optional integration with Google Calendar. Data controller: SimpleBilling, contact: supporto@simplebilling.it.

1. What the integration does

SimpleBilling is a management tool for professionals that includes an appointment agenda. At the user's explicit request (the "Connect Google Calendar" button), the Application can synchronize the appointments entered in the portal's agenda with the user's own Google Calendar. The integration is optional and can be disabled at any time.

2. Which Google user data we access and how we use it

After explicit authorization through Google (OAuth 2.0), the Application accesses the following Google user data:

• Google Calendar events — via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope, limited to the events created by the Application itself;
• Google account email address and identifier — via the openid and email scopes, in order to know which account is connected.

We use this data exclusively to:

• create, update and delete, in the user's Google Calendar, the events that correspond to the appointments the user creates, edits or deletes in the SimpleBilling agenda;
• show the user which Google account is connected (email address).

The Application does not read, analyze or use calendar events or contents other than those it created itself.

3. Data retention

To keep the synchronization active without repeatedly requesting access, we securely store the authorization tokens (refresh/access tokens) and the email address of the connected account, associated with the user. We also store a technical reference to the created event, so it can be updated or deleted. This data is retained for as long as the integration remains active and is removed when the user disconnects.

4. Data sharing and AI/ML use

We do not sell, rent or share the data obtained through Google APIs with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or for any purpose other than the synchronization feature described here.

Data obtained through Google APIs is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

6. How to revoke access

The user can revoke the integration at any time:

• from the portal, using the "Disconnect" button in the agenda;
• or from their Google account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions, by removing access to SimpleBilling.

Revoking stops any further synchronization. Events already created in Google Calendar remain the property and under the control of the user.

7. Security

Communications with Google use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Authorization tokens are stored securely and used only server-side for the purposes described above.
